Refund and Returns Policy
- Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. Please contact customer service for cancellation requests. Twig Linen may cancel orders if the aforementioned conditions are not met, and customers will receive a full refund via the original payment method within 10 business days.
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of the purchase date for a full refund.
- (this excludes shipping costs and additional taxes), provided the products must be unused and in their original packaging with the labels intact.
- Twig Linen does not accept returns or exchanges for discounted items, gift cards or custom orders with alterations.
- Shipping costs must be covered by the customer.
- Customs fees and import taxes are not refundable in case of the return.
